For years, I worked as a technology recruiter, which gave me a front-row seat to people's careers. I met engineers, architects, and technology leaders early in their journeys and watched some of them reinvent themselves again and again.
Years later, I started wondering: what happened next?
That question started with people I knew. Then I realized there are fascinating people behind the technology all around us, and most of us never get to hear their stories.
